Who we are
BemConvert builds websites and runs paid traffic and growth consulting, from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. In this policy, “we” means BemConvert and “you” means the person visiting this site or talking to us.

What we collect
This site has no tracking cookies and no analytics tool installed. Browsing here creates no account and no profile of you.
We only hold data about you from the moment you contact us, and only what you send yourself:
- if you use the contact form, we receive the email address you type and the message you write, so that we can reply;
- if you click through to WhatsApp instead, the conversation happens inside WhatsApp, and what reaches us is your number and whatever you write;
- if you hire a service, we collect what is needed to perform the contract and issue an invoice.
The form asks for an email address and a message, nothing else. It carries a hidden field that only automated bots fill in, used to discard spam. We do not store form submissions in any database: they arrive as an email in our inbox.
The buttons on this site carry a pre-written message that indicates which part of the page you came from. That tells us the subject of the conversation. It does not identify you before you write to us.
Third parties
Two things on this site are served by third parties and, by technical nature, receive your IP address when the page loads:
- Vercel, which hosts the site;
- Google Fonts, which serves the typeface used in the text.
When you send the contact form, Resend delivers that message to our inbox as our email provider. It processes your address and your message only to deliver them.
Clicking a WhatsApp button takes you off this site, and Meta’s privacy policy governs what happens there.
What we use it for
We use what you send us to reply, present a proposal and perform the service you hire. We do not sell, rent or hand your data to third parties, and we do not add your contact to mass mailing you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
Conversations with people who did not hire us stay with us while they are useful for picking the subject back up, and are deleted when you ask. Client data is kept for the period Brazilian tax and civil law requires.
Your rights
Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Lei 13.709/2018) gives you the right to ask for confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability or deletion of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of them, send a message to the WhatsApp number above. We answer within 15 days.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
